How I Support Our Clients

Navigating the LTD claims process can be a daunting and stressful experience. That is why I make it my mission to support my clients while we work together to obtain the benefits that they deserve. As a paralegal, I ensure that all paperwork is filed, act as a liaison between our clients and the insurance company, and make sure all evidence is submitted in a timely manner. I am always there to help and explain each step of the process.

What I Find Most Rewarding

The act of advocating for people is a reward on its own. I pride myself in my ability to actively listen and support my clients in any way that I can. I am happy that I can connect with people and guide them through this difficult process. I find that winning a disability claim is not enough. It is how we win that also matters.

My Background

For over 15 years, I have spent my entire legal career advocating for people with disabilities all over the nation. Prior to joining Riemer Hess, I gained experience with handling Social Security Disability claims, Teacher鈥檚 Retirement System benefits, and NYCER鈥檚 benefits. In 2015, I began representing claimants before Social Security Administrative Law Judges at the Hearing level, where I handled over 500 hearings and won more than 85% of those claims. I recently graduated with a Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Paralegal Studies from the NYC College of Technology in Brooklyn, NY.

Outside of the Office

I enjoy spending quality time with my family. We enjoy movie nights and game nights. I spend my personal downtime reading science fiction novels and playing Dungeons and Dragons with friends. I also like to stay active by lifting weights at the gym and going to the park with the kids.
